This remote role requires a proactive professional capable of identifying top-tier talent through advanced sourcing and headhunting strategies. Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for clients across healthcare, logistics, and other key industries.; Execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage with high-quality active and passive candidates.; Conduct thorough screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.; Utilize advanced headhunting techniques to fill specialized or executive-level positions. Requirements
