Senior Recruitment Officer TalenDir Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruitment Officer to manage full-cycle recruitment for our diverse portfolio of clients, with a focus on the healthcare and logistics sectors. This remote role requires a proactive professional capable of identifying top-tier talent through advanced sourcing and headhunting strategies. Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for clients across healthcare, logistics, and other key industries.; Execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage with high-quality active and passive candidates.; Conduct thorough screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.; Utilize advanced headhunting techniques to fill specialized or executive-level positions. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or professional services firm.; Proven track record of successfully hiring for the healthcare and logistics sectors.; Expertise in utilizing various sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and specialized job boards.; Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to manage both clients and candidates effectively.

Requirements
