How it works

- 3If approved, the job is published for the free 14-day window and applicants are forwarded to your email.
Free-tier conditions
- TalenDir may modify, suspend, or end the free service at any time.
- Recruitment agencies and anonymous jobs are not allowed on the free tier.
- Easy Apply applications are forwarded by TalenDir to the official employer email and are not tracked inside TalenDir.
- Candidates may withdraw once and cannot reapply to the same job after withdrawal.
- Candidates may update an Easy Apply submission only once.
- All free-tier jobs are reviewed manually within a target of two business days and publish for a default 14-day window.
- The application email must be reviewed manually and should match the official company domain unless TalenDir approves an exception.
