Patient Ambassador We are seeking three dedicated Patient Ambassadors to join a prestigious IVF Clinic in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidates will act as the face of the clinic, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a seamless, comfortable experience for all patients from arrival to departure. Responsibilities: Welcome and receive patients with a warm and professional demeanor.; Guide patients to the appropriate clinical areas or consultation rooms.; Ensure patients feel comfortable and well-cared for while waiting.; Coordinate patient flow effectively between the reception and nursing departments. Requirements: Previous experience in hospitality, airline, luxury retail, or premium customer service roles.; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.; Ability to maintain a professional image and provide high-quality service in a medical environment.; Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage patient flow efficiently.
