Director of Information Technology TalenDir is representing a reputable healthcare and day surgery group in Saudi Arabia seeking an experienced Director of Information Technology to lead their IT department in Riyadh. The successful candidate will oversee the full end-to-end IT lifecycle, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, technical support, and the strategic development of BI dashboards and data science initiatives. Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end leadership and strategic direction for the entire IT department.; Design, implement, and manage advanced Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards to support clinical and operational decision-making.; Oversee IT infrastructure management, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.; Establish and enforce robust cybersecurity protocols to protect patient and corporate data. Extensive knowledge of healthcare-specific IT regulations and standards in the GCC region.
Ability to act as a hands-on leader who can manage both strategic projects and day-to-day operations.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, or healthcare-specific IT certifications.
